What's fixed: 

• Supports K-panel, topcoat and magnetic encoding 

Condition: 

• ID Works v5.1 SP1 applied (see tab below) 
• XPS Card Printer Driver v2.0 
• Windows XP SP3

Patching procedure: 

• Download and unzip the setup_IDW65_ja.zip and then save it anywhere. 
• Run the unzipped setup_IDW65_ja.exe file and follow the installation wizard to install it. 
• Launch ID Works Administrator and use the Menu Bar from System-Select Language-Open 
• Select "Japanese" from the list in the Language Selection dialog box and click OK. 
• Close ID Works Administrator. 
• The next time you start the ID Works module, Japanese is applied.

If you are using ID Works v5.1/6.5 and Tru Photo v7.1 on a 64-bit OS, you must perform the preinstallation file to optimize your OS settings by following the steps below before installing the software. 

1. Download the preinstallation file (x64PreReq.exe) and save it anywhere. 
2. Run x64PreReq .exe and change the settings for using ID Works/Tru Phto with your 64-bit OS. 
3. When you're done, install ID Works/Tru Photo. 

*Installation of 64-bit ID card printer driver is also required.

How to install Capture Plug-in for ID Works 

1. With administrator rights, double-click the CSPLUGINDSLR1_V1_3.exe. 
2. Click Next on the Datacard DSLR 1.3 Camera Plug-in Setup prompt. 
3. Check the End User License Agreement, check I accept the terms of this License Agreement, and then click Next. 
4. Click Install on the Ready to install Datacard DSLR 1.3 Camera Plug-in screen. 
5. The program will be installed. 
6. Click Finish on the Completed the Datacard DSLR 1.3 Camera Plug-in installation screen. 

ID Works Setup Steps 

1. Launch ID Works Administrator and log in. 
2. "capture" from the menu bar - "configuration of the capture device.". click. 
3. Select DSLR-1 Camera from the installed capture device and click Configure. 
4. [DSLR-1 Camera Configuration] starts, so make each setting as well as Tru Photo. Because only SLR is supported, there is no Zoom function. 
5. When you're done, click APPLY - OK 
6. In the capture device configuration, click close.

Plug-in capture for ID Works does not support Microsoft® Windows ® 2000, Microsoft® Windows® XP 64-bit.

Service packs covered by ID Works v5.1 (all grades). Minor bugs are fixed.
