1. The company will comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and other norms concerning the handling of personal information handled by all businesses and personal information of employees, etc. in addition, we will establish a personal information protection management system that complies with the Japanese industrial standard "personal information protection management system - requirements" (JIS Q 15001) to protect personal information.
2. When acquiring or using personal information, the company will specify the purpose of use, and will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use (use for other purposes). in addition, we will take appropriate management measures to prevent use outside the purpose.
3. The company will not provide acquired personal information to third parties. however, this excludes cases where the consent of the person has been obtained or based on laws and regulations.
4. If we receive complaints or consultations regarding the handling of personal information, we will promptly investigate the facts, etc. of the content and respond in good faith within a reasonable period of time.
5. In order to properly manage the acquired personal information, the company will take organizational, human, physical, and technical safety measures to prevent and correct the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
6. In light of changes in social conditions and the environment, we will continuously review our personal information protection management system related to personal information protection and improve our efforts to protect personal information.
