Conditions of Occurrence
- PCs with one of the following applied in Windows 10
- KB5000802 (Win10 ver20H2 and 2004)
- KB5000808 (Win10 ver1909)
- KB5000822 (Win10 ver1809)
- KB5000809 (Win10 ver1803)
If you see a similar event on your printer, please remove the installed update or apply KB5001649 provided on March 22, 2021.
